Who are we?
We are Cimental Fermaflex, a company that has an extensive range of high-performance chemical additives to serve the segments of civil construction, household cleaning products, cosmetic and chemical products, among others.
We also provide a range of differentiated services through technical support and lab with high-standard equipment in a modern and bold environment, which meets all Brazilian requisites of the segment.
We have been working strongly in the national market for 30 years, always seeking new sustainable technologies and developing innovative solutions with maximum quality for excellent results.
Our industrial units count with modern spray drying facilities, which makes us the only Brazilian company to dry vinyl acetate-ethylene-based co-polymer emulsions, and other solutions.
As our differential, we have an automatized plant to produce premix, with great production capacity and a personalized service that contributes for the agility and confidentiality in client operations.
Besides that, we work with safety stocks, which contributes for the swiftness and agility in deliveries.
Our history
1993
Beginning of activities as Klim, in São Paulo – SP, and as FermaKlim, in Guarulhos – SP, with the distribution of products for mortars in general.
1998
Opening of Cimental in Cariacica – ES and beginning of direct importations.
1999
Change of the place of operations of Fermaflex to Itaquaquecetuba – SP
2005
Construction of the warehouse in Guarapari – ES.
2009
ISO 9001 Certification in the Trial and Development Lab.
2012
Union of the office, lab, and industry in the current head offices in Itaquaquecetuba.
2013
Inauguration of the Premix Mixer.
2013
Inauguration of the Spray Dryer – Partnership with international suppliers.
Union of the office and warehouse in Guarapari – ES.
2016
Opening of the João Pessoa – PB branch

Opening of the Warehouse in Itaquaquecetuba – SP.
