BLOCK-EFLOR R30

Chemical Denomination

The product is a layered active nano-silicate containing reactive silica and alumina.

Properties and Applications

Block-Eflor R30 reacts with calcium hydroxide generated during the cement hydration process.
This reaction results in the formation of a denser pore structure and also reduces the level of free alkalis within the system.

• Decreases the alkaline diffusion coefficient and overall alkalinity of the mortar.
• Significantly reduces both early and long-term alkalinity.
• Improves durability.
• Reduces water absorption.
• Exhibits excellent stain resistance.
• Enhances pigment color stability and brightness (due to high color durability).
• Provides excellent wetting and dispersion performance.
